Ms. Katherine Low

Ms. Katherine Low has over 29 years of teaching experience in after-school programs where she guided 50% of her students to above school grade level studies. She also has 8 years of teaching experience as a community college professor. Besides many other elected and voluntary leaderships position in the community, she was a school board member of a local private school for 12 years.

Ms. Low earned her Chartered Management Accounting degree and Diploma in Data Processing & Management from U.K.  She has an MBA degree from Pepperdine University and is a licensed CPA in CA.  She has years of external audit experience in CPA firms and was head of internal audit department of a college.

Prompted by life-changing events, Ms. Low left the commercial world to pursue her passion and mission in life which is to help students to achieve their full potential through character transformation and thus make this world a better place.

Ms. Low is a problem solver and have a good sense of humor. She is efficient, effective, astute, organized, discipline, determined, purposeful, resourceful, observant, attentive, dedicated, enthusiastic, persuasive, open-minded, respectful, self-reflective, humble-minded, just, firm, kind, compassionate and optimistic. Her hobbies include learning, exercising, music, movies and travelling.

Ms. Low is a visionary; an excellent and experienced coach who cares and is keen to guide your child to his/her full potential.

Mr. Han Fung

Mr. Fung believes in the transformational power of the PEL Learning programs. PEL will transform the character of a child.

He recognized at an early age the importance of education and its role in creating economic growth, empowering individuals, fostering critical thinking, and promoting social mobility.

Mr. Fung earned his Chartered Management Accounting degree from U.K. and an MBA from San Francisco State University. He has many years of experience in business and finance and has over 24 years’ experience in after school programs. Mr. Fung participates in many elected and voluntary leaderships position in the community and sits on several Boards.

Mr. Fung is a good communicator, dependable, dedicated, committed, dutiful, competence, efficient, action-oriented, discipline, detailed, diligent, driven, responsible, follow-through, structured, organized, firm and passionate about coaching, guiding, motivating, driving, and transforming your child to success with the PEL programs.

In his spare time, he travels with his wife and family. He enjoys hiking, music, cooking, and savors delightful food.
