Carol Chou
Carol is a CPA and earned her MBA degree from San Francisco State University. Carol is passionate about education. It has always been her passion and desire to devote time and effort in the education field and be part of the team to make the world a better place.
Carol is skills in communication, listening, collaboration. She is adaptable, empathetic, organized, motivated, approachable, enthusiastic, and caring. Carol work well with students and parents and are keen to help your child reaches his/her full potential.
Peter Shih
Peter earned her bachelor’s in engineering and computer science from University of California, Berkeley, and MBA from Golden Gate University. Peter has over 40 years of experience in the information technology field with fortune 100 companies.
Peter is patience, well-prepared, a good listener, compassionate, organized, motivated, approachable, and caring. Peter work well with students and parents and are keen to help your child reaches his/her full potential.

I enjoy sending my child to Anthony & Jennifer’s PEL center. They both have a passion for teaching and are backed by a solid program which caters to all ages. I specifically chose the PEL program due to the Jr PEL program. My child had difficulty reading and no matter how much I read to him, he wasn’t able to pronounce the words. However, the PEL program’s Spalding method exposed my child to the individual sounds which make up a word. After only a couple months I could see the results from my son. Their location is also really convenient, near Irving and 19th, right next to the Judah Muni line. While waiting for my son I can take care of groceries, get a milk tea, or work in a coffee shop. I’d highly recommend this program.

My kids has been going to this PEL learning center for few years. It helps them excel in school. The program is tailor made for each student and go at their own pace. Small drills and exercises everyday, help build up their foundation in Math and English over time. They also learned self discipline and responsibility.
