Requirements for 90-Day Improvement Guarantee
Once your child is enrolled at our California learning center, they must fulfill the following obligations for the guarantee to be valid:
- Enroll in the Math Core Program
- Attend all classes
- Do assigned homework
- Do deliberate practice
- Set a fixed time for homework
- Must enrolled for at least 90 days
- Must provide a 30-day notice to Center Director while enrolled

Our Math Core Program
PEL Learning Center utilizes the Singapore-styled math approach, which consistently ranks number one in “Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study” (TIMSS). TIMSS is an international assessment of math knowledge, and we utilize this method to help students build mastery in a wide range of grade levels and math concepts.
Why It’s Important to Have a Set Time For Homework
One of the reasons our learning program is so successful is because we require every child to set a fixed time for homework each day. This helps them to develop good habits and stick to a routine that will ultimately help them succeed in school and in life!
The Nitty Gritty of 90-Day Improvement Guarantee
We want you to have all the details and do our best to be completely transparent! Our guarantee applies to a maximum of three months of tuition for the Math Core Program, minus registration, materials, and administrative fees.
