Mr. Lawrence Kyi

Meet Mr. Lawrence Kyi, our visionary president at PEL San Leandro and PEL Alameda Learning Centers since 2016. He holds degrees in computer system engineering and engineering management. As a professional, he has spent over 20 years in the semiconductor and medical device industries, including six years at Kumon as a coach. In 2019, our San Leandro center was accepted into the prestigious 300 Club due to his efforts.

Under his leadership, the center has seen a remarkable increase in student enrollment and success rates. Mr. Lawrence has also spearheaded the implementation of innovative learning technologies and personalized curricula that cater to diverse learning styles. The curricula ensure that each student can achieve their full potential. Throughout the community, PEL Learning Centers have earned a reputation as a leader in educational development due to their commitment to excellence.

Mrs. Kiwi Kyi

Now, introducing Mrs. Kiwi Kyi, our dedicated PEL center Director/Coach since 2016. Holding a master’s in business administration and actively pursuing a doctorate degree, Kiwi brings over 23 years of combined experience as a Senior Test Engineer in Software Quality Assurance and as a Professor Assistant. Her commitment to academic excellence is evident. She is also certified in Talent, Competency & Succession Management from Penn State University. Her arsenal includes prestigious certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Salesforce, and IBM SPSS Statistics.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Kiwi embodies exceptional organizational skills and has a collaborative spirit.
